Bolt and Thompson lead Jamaica to IAAF World Championships London 2017

boltDouble Olympic sprint champions Usain Bolt and Elaine Thompson lead a Jamaican squad of 56 to the IAAF World Championships London 2017 from 4-13 August, the JAAA announced.

Both Bolt, the defending 100m and 200m world champion, and Thompson, who took silver in the 200m at the world championships two years ago, will only be contesting the 100m in London. The squad also includes Olympic 110m hurdles champion Omar McLeod.
