The President of the Colleges of Education in Sports Association Dr. Sulemana Iddrisu had cautioned athletes to desist from drugs and enhancers as the 11^th COESA Games kicked off at the Paa Joe Stadium, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi on Monday, 21^st November.
