Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)’s Track and Field coach Mohammed Abu Abubakar has trained some of the best Ghanaian sprinters of our time including but not restricted to Ghana’s Joseph Paul Amoah, Martin Owusu Antwi, Latipha Ali and Joseph Paul Manu.
He is the reason why KNUST has had at least two sprinters on Ghana’s 4x100m relay teams from 2019 to present. He is one of the unsung heroes of our time.
