New Black Stars striker Inaki Williams stole the show with his twerking moves at the traditional initiation dance for newly invited players in the senior national team tonight.
The much-anticipated ceremony took place in the Black Stars team hotel in France ahead of Ghana’s friendly against Brazil on Friday.
The Spanish born striker was cheered on by his teammates, many of whom could be seen holding their phones and taking video shots of the ceremony. Portugal based Issahaku Fatwu’s video on Instagram went viral moments after posting.
In the video, Arsenal’s Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus could be seen cheering and routing for their teammates during the fun filled activity.
Other newly invited players such as Southampton’s Mohammed Salisu, Brighton’s Tarek Lamptey, Accra Hearts of Oak’s Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and some technical officials had their turn at the ceremony.
